Established in 1984 by Mr. Satyanarayan Agarwal as a Composite Unit comprising Weaving & Processing, SVG has grown to become a Vertically & Laterally integrated Textile Manufacturer. Known as SVG Fashions Pvt. Ltd, we have stayed true to our vision of converting “fibre to fashion” and are proud to be a one-stop solution for all your textile needs right from textured yarns to stitched garments.

Spread across Silvassa, Daman & Ankleshwar, our Manufacturing Units are carefully designed to deliver Polyester Yarns, Greige & Finished Fabrics and Readymade Garments as per your desired requirements. Committed to a Sustainable Tomorrow, our Processing Unit in Ankleshwar houses a state-of-the-art Effluent Treatment Plant which recycles more than 80% of the Effluents generated!

Mr. Satyanarayan Agarwal

Founder & Chairman

He is the guiding force of our group. Having started at the age of sixteen, his career straddles several worlds of experience. Thinking well ahead of his time when he laid the foundation stone for SVG, Mr. Satyanarayan has effectively pioneered our organisation into one of India’s leading textile manufacturers. He also serves as the President of the All India Texturisers Association, among many others.

Rajkumar Agarwal

Managing Director

A hands-on business administrator, he has been managing this organisation since it’s very inception. As someone who understands the finer nuances of the Industry, Mr. Rajkumar has been at the forefront of diversifying SVG’s value chain. Being a fitness enthusiast, he introduced sports-wear to SVG’s line of products and has led the segment to make it one of our core offerings.

Sandiip Agarwwal

Joint-Managing Director

A Textile Aficionado, he has been leading this Organisation for over 25 years. Having introduced Weaving to SVG’s value chain, Mr. Sandiip later went on to establish our home furnishings segment “Karma”. Fuelled by an innovative approach, he has led SVG in taking giant strides globally and continues to add value to the SVG family each day.
